Making Deposits with your Mobile Phone
There’s a great discussion going on right now at Banktastic about the ability to make deposits to your bank account by taking a photo of a check with your cell phone. This new technology is being used by Mitek Systems. It’s amazing what we can do with technology these days.

Website of the Week: SmartyPig
Brad’s Website of the Week is SmartyPig.com. Basically, SmartyPig is an online piggybank that you can use. You basically set a monetary goal for a specific item, add money to your account as you can, and then gather all your cash once your goal has been met! The best part is that you can allow others to add money to your account (sure beats a check in the mail), plus your account gains interest! Have thoughts on SmartyPig?
