    Marc,

    good questions. Houses are still being bought and sold. Now more than ever, those with good to excellent credit need a tool to help them find a good mortgage deal. If you are a bank (or credit union) this is a good tool to get your info out there to the public who are able to qualify for mortgages….let them know you are still lending.
