Very cool idea! Great job producing some really useful content.

  2. Lisa Randolph (Community Manager) Says:

    Marc, glad you liked it!

  3. Brad Garland Says:

    Great job Lisa!

Looking forward to more and understanding what I’ve done by giving you complete creative control. ;)

    Srsly, nice work.

  4. Lisa Randolph (Community Manager) Says:

    Aw, thanks, Brad! :)

  5. David Gerbino Says:

    Brad,

You have a real problem here. Lisa’s work is much better produced then yours (I am discounting windy interview). From the cut screens, to the music to… well everything.

All kidding aside, this was real good. I know this is unscientific but I found it interesting that some Gen Ys bank where there parents bank but it seemed the majority went for convenience of location. I look forward to future episodes and learning about this very special group.

Oh and Brad, can you buy Lisa a wind screen for her mic.

    @dmgerbino

    P.S. Questions for next time:

    1) Facebook/MySpace
    2) Twitter/FriendFeed/Identi.ca
    3) Do you have a blog (How many)
    4) Does your bank have a blog/twitter/podcast, etc. (If yes do you read/subscribe)
    2) Feed

  6. Gene Blishen Says:

Lisa that was pretty great. The people you interviewed seemed very open to your questions. Learnt a few things and look forward to your next interviews. You seemed so relaxed and professional. One question I would ask is what is more important good personal service or interest rates and free or cheaper service.

  7. Lisa Randolph (Community Manager) Says:

David - Thanks for suggestions for questions! When it comes to 1 & 2, are you wanting to know if they use these, or if they prefer one over the other?

Gene - Thank you for the nice comments. :) I can’t wait for the Fall semester to start up - there will be so many more people to hit up for questions. I’ll be sure to use your question in an upcoming episode!

  8. David Gerbino Says:

@Lisa - I just want to know which ones they use. If the follow-up presents itsself then preference. Another good follow-up is if they ever used it with any FI before.

@Gene 0 Yea I missed questions. Another good one.

@Lisa - A good question is, Do they prefer the branch or online.

  9. Mike Templeton Says:

Great content and great questions. This show’s investigations are something that banks and credit unions should tune into for a glimpse at how they can improve.

And, as always, the video production was awesome. I love the transitions and music selection. :)
