		<description>I'm VERY happy to see this new feature implemented here at Banktastic. I think this will really help spark some additional discussion around the topics at hand. Having a direct line to another Banktastic member (without having to find their email address, pop over to Outlook, key up the message, etc.) makes keeping the conversation going that much easier.
